March 28, 2025 - Beach Festival Nieuwpoort is growing! This year, the festival site will be extended with a brand new stage: the SEASIDE STAGE. This more intimate stage offers a unique opportunity to discover young talent. And the good news? We are immediately adding six more artists to the line-up!

Saturday, July 19: Alice Mae, Dull Boy Johnny and DJ Bobalicous

Belgian Alice Mae won Studio Brussels' De Nieuwe Lichting early this year with her song Better Ways and is already being labelled as our country's next big female rock star. With a couple of singles and a show at the Ancienne Belgique, she proved that she is bursting with talent.

We also welcome Dull Boy Johnny, an Antwerp-based band with a unique, cinematic sound. Their music will take you from sensual 70s scenes to tropical beach parties, with a mix of soul, disco and modern influences.

Finally, DJ BOBALICIOUS will provide a tropical party! For more than 20 years, he has been bringing an explosive mix of world and tropical beats. From Belgium to Bollywood and Brazil to Thailand, he takes his audience on a musical journey full of passion and uplifting grooves.

Sunday, July 20: LUNA, LeBlanc and Zinger

One of the most notable names is LUNA, the Dutch singer-songwriter who broke through in 2024 with Dat is het leven, a Dutch-language cover of Birds of a Feather by Billie Eilish. The song scored millions of streams and definitely put her on the map. Meanwhile, LUNA is working hard on her own music.

For those who love pure energy, there is LeBlanc. With his hard, fast rap and electronic beats full of breakbeat, punk and DnB influences, he brings an intense show. His hit BOOS earned him a final spot in De Nieuwe Lichting, and his EP Kiezen scored 85,000 streams in one month. Live, he puts everything on the line, with more than 100 shows to his name already.

Zinger brings a unique blend of brass, pop and mysterious synths. The band won De Nieuwe Lichting in 2015 and is known for their layered sound and profound lyrics about grief and unspoken questions.
